Located in Beqa Lagoon (pronounced Bengga), Royal Davui Island is a lush 8-acre island paradise. With several secluded white sand beaches, the island rises steeply on two sides to create a unique vantage point for some of the most spectacular views offered in Fiji.
The Island is surrounded by a barrier reef which has been declared a marine sanctuary. Marine life is prolific, with schools of fish, rays and the occasional turtle calling the waters surrounding Royal Davui home.
Royal Davui Island is also proud to be part of the rehabilitation program for the rare and endangered Fijian Banded Iguana. Special enclosures will be set up on the island to help this unusual species rebuild its population. The island is also the perfect location to catch a glimpse of the rare Kadavu parrot and the Pacific frigate.
