Our wedding co-ordinator will meet with you to discuss specific needs in advance and fine tune all arrangements.
Guests can choose the location of the ceremony and we would like to offer our recommendations: a romantic sunset wedding on the beach or a romantic island wedding on our Wicked Walu Island at any time of the day.
Marriage licenses can be obtained from the registry office, a 30 minute drive from the resort, from Mondays to Fridays only. In case of a second marriage, either a Decree Nisi or a Death Certificate is required. The couple must visit the registry office in person to complete the legalities. Couples under 21 years of age are required to produce a consent document signed by a parent.
The service may be performed at a nearby church or the couple may select one of the many venues at the Warwick Fiji Resort. Anglican, Methodist or nondenominational services may be organized and a donation to the church would be appreciated. Catholic Weddings require a letter from the Parish Priest informing that they have gone through Marriage counseling lessons, Baptism Certificate of both parties, Certificate of Freedom to Marry and Certificate for Permission of Parish Priest.
