Im trying to settle back into ordinary life without lobster lunches and champagne on tap... The honeymoon was beyond our wildest dreams. It was so stunning - the Fijians calmed us down within a day as they are soooo relaxed and all knew our names - the food was lovely - the wine was fine - the service was so perfect as it was so unassuming and nothing was too much trouble. Charles kept telling me our plane had crashed on the way out and we were in heaven! I absolutley loved not wearing shoes for two weeks and staying somewhere so unpretensious. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making this all possible and for organising it all so brilliantly - was so lovely to have your card there when we arrived as well.

We had a great time at Vatulele, the location and accommodation was excellent and the people were very nice and friendly. Being able to talk to the locals and visit the villages enabled us to understand their culture and values. It was more than a holiday it was an experience. Beloved people of the "Vatulele Island Resort",

Mecki and me arrived yesterday in the early afternoon safe, but tired home. To reach the verry famous city WUPPERTAL has taken in total an traveltime about 36 hours. But nevertheless we were, and are still, fully impressed about the kindliness, shown by you and your staff. The absolute zenit has been the kind you said good-bye to as. Not only at the beach, but the line of people was heart-rending. Lastest since that moment you may be shure, that a part of of our hearts will stay at Vatulele Island for ever!!!!Sincerely embraces and -if you like- a lot of kisses!!! Please, "transmit" them also to your staff.

Finally, who "pampered" us on the flight from Auckland to Los Angeles? Your old friend Andren Davidson!! He saw the great happiness in our eyes, asked for the place we have spend our holidays. And now we have had a new, very sympathetic theme: YOU.

We are now back in Dunedin - 2 degrees!!!

Just wanted to thank you for our time at Vatulele. No words can say how much we enjoyed it. We found 'heaven' with its rivers of champers, fabulous food, amazing staff and guests who have become friends - what more can you ask for!!!!

We were delighted to find that the marketing understated what we found!! the accommodation, the island , the service and the staff. Thank you again.

The graduation class of 20 June - Matt & Sarah, Brian & Paddy , Brent & Kim and ourselves were all stranding at Nadi airport for about 6 hrs. I think the Koru club did not know what hit it and we can report that although we did not have our MUMM we did manage to really empty the fridge before embarking on our various homes.

Once again thank you and please relay our thanks to the dining room staff, the staff that serviced our bure, the activities boys and anyone we have missed.

Just a note for Deb, Grant and all my friends on the Paradise Island Of Vatulele.

I have to come back, but until I do, I have to thankyou all from the bottom of my heart for making Vatulele the most incredible holiday /wedding I have every experienced. I will never forget those beautiful smiling faces, who couldnt help you enough - it was an absolute joy to have met you all – thank you so much.

Debs and Grant - what lovely people you are and thank you so much for helping me to try and stay a little longer. I really want to come back, and that will be my goal in the future. Somehow my life will never be the same, and its thanks to you and your staff. It was a 3 day party 24/7 but you just let us get on with it.

Dear Deb and Grant,

It has now been a month since we arrived at Vatulele for a memorable week. We could not have dreamed of a better place to spend our honeymoon, and it is unquestionable that our (quite long) trip was well worth it. Your island is one of the first places we have been in which pictures cannot do justice - they capture the beauty of the island, but they can hardly show the warmth, happiness and hospitality of all the people working there, all the heart you put into making our stay memorable. And as if that were not enough, we loved the food, the special events (the barbecue on the beach was excellent) and the new friends we made there!
