To maintain your privacy, we have built only 15 bures on the island. Extremely comfortable for two people; very comfortable indeed for a small family.
Each bure is set right on the water's edge. As you cross the patio and enter your "island home" you will be impressed by the height of the ceiling, soaring 28 feet above you.
Paradoxically, in addition to offering you all modern conveniences including electricity, en-suite, refrigerator and round-the-clock hot water, your bure has been constructed in the traditional Fijian "Chiefly" style.
This manner of building dates back many centuries and has survived through the passing on of the many craft skills involved from family to family, father to son.
