This is the main resort restaurant that offers all day dining. Full American buffet breakfast is served daily where guests can enjoy poolside dining at its best. Lunch and dinner are also offered in a buffet or a-la-carte menu style. (Dinner menu includes items such as: Momi Bay Scallops, warm beef salad; veal fillet topped with lobster, asparagus & lime hollandaise sauce)
Plantation Restaurant
The resort's signature restaurant offers a beautiful fine dining option for guests. The mouth-watering menu selection and excellent wine cellar caters for the most discerning guest. (Pan seared scallops layered between rice wafers with tomato, chive and citrus salsa; roasted lamb loin with olive tapenade served pink on couscous with rosemary scented jus)
The Rockpool
It offers guests a casual, alfresco menu that is available all day. Light snacks and a variety of beverages are available with friendly Fijian smile. (Soups; toasted sandwiches; deep dish vegetarian quiche; Chargrilled baby octopus salad; pizza)
