Plantation has 2 restaurants and 3 bars to choose from. The main restaurant, 'ol Copra Shed ' is located right on the edge of the lagoon and is where evening dining is enjoyed under the stars. There are 3 formats to choose from; A la Carte, Buffet and Set Menu. Buffet styles range from Mongolian, traditional lovo, Asian, Mixed Grill, Oriental and Roast. Set menus also change nightly. There is always a huge selection of fresh salads and fruits from the salad bar.
While dining you are serenaded by Plantation's string band. Relax with your dessert and coffee as you watch or partake in the after dinner organized activities.
Anandas Restaurant is only a five-minute walk away at the far end of the bay. The huge deck overlooks the water. Anandas' international cuisine has something to please every palate with an extensive 8 page a la carte menu.
Dining here has the added pleasure of listening to the fantastic voice and music of Wame! Wame is a local star with several locally produced albums to his credit and works a very tight band. His mixture of contemporary ballads, rock and roll and Fijian songs always delights. His impressions are hilarious with his Hindi singing normally inspiring a standing ovation.
