Our staff of forty will know you by name and guide you into any activities such as horseback riding, snorkeling, mountain biking, tennis, golf, kayaking, deep-sea fishing, world-class diving and guided 4WD tours.
We offer several guided tours and nature walks where you can explore quaint plantation towns and rainforest trails such as Vidawa Forest Walk with its spectacular bird life. Discover hidden waterfalls where you can swim in the natural water basins such as Bouma or Kulanawai. Jungle trails lead to the volcano Lake Tagimaucia, while our 4WD Landcruiser will take you up to the 1200 meters high Des Voeux Peak.

- LEGENDS OF KAVA: Learn about the history and preparation of Kava, Fiji’s traditional drink, and be a guest at a Traditional Fijian Kava Ceremony where you may be invited to taste it first hand.
- ALL ABOUT COCONUTS: An interesting insight into the many uses and benefits of the coconut tree as used in the Fijian culture.
- FIJIAN COOKING LESSON: Learn how to make the famous tropical dish of Kokoda.
- LEARN ABOUT FIJIAN MEDICINE: Natural healing with herbs and “Fijian magic” passed from generation to generation.
- LOVO NIGHT: Come and see the traditional underground oven feast being prepared and learn to tie a Sulu. Before dinner, be entertained by the Meke Group - traditional Fijian singing and dancing. Nightly entertainment (except Sunday) with our String House band during cocktail hour and dinner.

- HALF DAY WEST COAST TOUR
A beautiful scenic tour along the Western Coastal road of Taveuni. Visit the chiefly village of Somosomo, which offers a small selection of shops and local businesses. Then on to Waiyevo, the Government center of Taveuni.
Here you will find the world famous marker for the 180 Meridian Dateline.
Visit the 1907 stone church at Wairiki. To finish your tour off, we have saved the best part till last- the Waitavala waterslides! (approx. 3 hours)
- FULL DAY WEST COAST TOUR
Includes all of the above, with the inclusion of the famous Taveuni Blow Holes, a visit to a great snorkeling location where you can enjoy your picnic lunch and even experience first hand a demonstration on Copra making at a local village (approx. 6 hours)
- SUNSET CRUISE
Join Jale & Setoki on a leisurely cruise off Matei Point and along the West Coast and view the spectacular sunset from our outboard fiber open boat. Get as close to nature, with an occasional sighting of dolphins and be serenaded to local tunes and songs. This trip is weather permitting and may be put up on short notice.
- HALF DAY DES VEOUX PEAK TOUR
Take a hike to the top of the legendary Mt. Uluiqalau, rising 1,196 meters above sea level is Des Veoux Peak. It offers panoramic views, virgin rainforest and exquisite and abundant birdlife. Here is where you will find Fiji’s national flower- the sacred and beautiful Tagimocia – it grows nowhere else in Fiji or the world (approx. 6 hours)
- FULL DAY LAVENA COASTAL WALK
This is a delightful outing that takes in Lavena’ s wild and scenic coastline and the lower Wainibau waterfalls. It is an easy walk almost all the way with stunning waterfalls at the end. The full trek is three hours to and from there (approx. 6 hours)
- AFTERNOON QELENI VILLAGE AND HANDICRAFT TOUR
Traditional Fijian culture can be experienced at Qeleni. It is an eco-tourism project in the highlands that offers cultural handicrafts for sale. Mingle with the local villagers and visit a local village school and a traditional Meke will be performed especially for you (approx. 3 hours)
- HALF DAY TAVORO WATERFALLS TRIP
An adventurous half day tour to Bouma National Heritage Park. The tour includes great views over the coast and outer islands, some of the best rainforest in Fiji with lots of birds and other wildlife.
Tales of the traditional use of forest plants and a swim at the first and the second Bouma Waterfalls make this a very delightful trip (approx. 3 hours)
- FULL DAY TAVORO WATERFALLS
Includes the above with your packed lunch and hike to the third waterfall with bird watching and lots of breathtaking scenic views (approx. 6 hours)
- MARAVU GAME FISHING
- HONEYMOON ISLAND TRIP
Be dropped off on a secluded uninhabited small island and enjoy beautiful snorkeling and perhaps a picnic lunch! (maximum 3 hours)
- BIRD WATCHING
Take a 4 wheel drive to the base of Des Veoux Peak and make a short hike into the Rainforest where abundance of birdlife and nature is just waiting to be discovered. Recommended good walking gear and need to depart very early at 5.00am. Minimum of 3 hours.
- GUIDED SNORKELING AT HONEYMOON ISLAND BY BOAT
Be guided to the best snorkeling spots on Taveuni to view abundant and colorful corals and a myriad of tropical fish.

GUIDED SNORKELING AT KOROLEVU ISLAND BY BOAT
Take a 35 minute boat trip to beautiful Korolevu Island and experience the best in snorkeling close to the famous Somosomo Straits. Lots of live scenic coral and marine life. This is a full day trip (approx. 6 hours)
- FULL DAY ISLAND HOPPING BY BOAT
A full day out visiting various Islands off the northern coast of Taveuni.
Visit cultural and historical spots, have a picnic lunch on a secluded beach and enjoy some guided snorkeling.
This trip is best taken if the weather is sunny and the sea is calm, and you will need good sun protection as it is an open boat (approx. 6 hours)
- FULL DAY YANUCA ISLAND BY BOAT
A beach BBQ with your own cook to serve you lunch on beautiful Yanuca Island. Abundance of sandy beaches and endless beautiful coral and marine life all to take in for a full day outing. Join your guide for a sing along and you might see turtles and dolphins. This trip is best taken if the weather is sunny and the sea is calm, and you will need good sun protection as it is an open boat (approx. 6 hours)
- SUNDAY MORNING WAIRIKI MISSION CHURCH SERVICE
A Catholic Church built in 1907 out of stone with stained glass windows. Mass is Fijian style – on the floor!
