Guests at Namale are notified for breakfast, lunch and dinner by the rhythmic beating of the lali drum. Breakfast & lunch are quite relaxed, whilst dinner is more special. You can either dine with other guests on the main outside deck or privately on one of 4 private hidden decks built over the ocean on lava pinnacles.
All meals on Namale are included in the daily tariff, leaving you free to enjoy and sample every delicious option. Quality, freshness, and both tropical and traditional flavors characterize dining at Namale. Well trained chefs cater to all dietary requirements, including extensive vegetarian options and macrobiotic choices with a new menu daily.
Breakfast is a selection of cereals, fresh tropical fruits, freshly baked pastries and breads as well as a selection of cooked breakfast options. Lunch is a help yourself salad bar with an accompanying dish such as create your own pizza baked in the wood fire oven or a seasonal seafood plate.
Dinner is a three course presentation with a menu including the Namale Caesar Salad or Tomato and lemongrass Broth, eye fillet of beef with beetroot puree, horseradish cream, roasted garlic and beef jus and chocolate & amaretto pudding.

Beverages are also included in the nightly tariff. Guests meet for cocktails at around 7.00pm and share with other guests their experiences of the day. The wine list is extensive, including many boutique wines from Australia and New Zealand.
