In 2003, Tony elevated Namale to the next level with the addition of a world-class 10,000-square-foot spa and sanctuary. Set on a volcanic cliff with the opaque rainforest at its back, the spa overlooks the Koro Sea and a dramatic blowhole, providing the perfect backdrop for the ultimate in pampering and some of the finest treatments in the world. He also recently expanded the resort grounds by 200 acres in order to protect the outlying rainforest.
One of Namale's most amazing assets is its main bure, Bale Levu (Chief's Bure). This magnificent structure has a soaring 60 ft ceiling, is built in the traditional Fijian way and is furnished with overstuffed lounges and armchairs. Guests can relax here - playing board games with new friends, or snuggle into the solitude of an enormous armchair, with a glass of wine and a great book.
The resort offers guests a diverse range of outdoor activities, making Namale an ideal destination for those people who like to do more on their holidays than relax by the pool. Unless noted, the following activities at Namale are included in the daily tariff.
